1. Safety Management of Personal Information

The Developer shall take appropriate measures concerning the protection of personal information, and take necessary and appropriate measures for the safety management of personal data, such as the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage of personal data handled by the Company.

2. Acquisition of Personal Information and Other Compliance Items

We will comply with the following matters concerning the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information by the Developer.

(1) Acquisition of Personal Information

The Developer may acquire personal information from general users of this application (hereinafter referred to as “Users”), or those who advertise on this application (hereinafter referred to as “Advertisers” ) pertaining to Users or Advertisers, to the extent necessary for the operation of this application managed by the Developer.

*Information entered by the user into the App (calculation formulas, history, etc.) are saved onto the device. The information will not be transmitted externally.

(2) Purpose of Using Personal Information

The Developer shall not use the personal information acquired by the Developer beyond the extent necessary for attaining the purposes of use specified below, except in cases specified by law or the consent of the individual.
① The operation, maintenance, and management of the App
② The provision and introduction of services through the App

(3) The provision of personal information etc.

Except as provided by laws and regulations, the Developer will not provide personal information acquired based on his/her consent to third parties without prior consent of the individual. Regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information requested by the individual, or notification of the purpose of use, the Developer shall do so in accordance with laws and regulations, and respond appropriately to opinions and consultations.

3. Changes to the Purpose of Personal Information Use

As a general rule, the Developer shall not modify the purposes of use specified in the preceding paragraph except for cases where the consent of the individual is obtained in advance. However, this shall not be applied if changes to the purpose of use are publicly announced following the modification to the extent that it is reasonably acceptable to have significant relevance to the purpose of use prior to the modification.

4. Third Party Provision of Personal Information

When delegating all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, the Developer shall thoroughly examine its competency, and conduct the necessary and appropriate surveillance of the delegated third party to ensure the safety management of the personal data delegated for handling.

5. About Advertisement Delivery

This App uses the Admob advertisement platform provided by Google.

6. Improvement and Review of the Handling of Personal Information

The Developer will conduct inspections related to the handling of personal information, management systems, and initiatives, and continuously improve and review them.

7. Disposal of Personal Information

If the necessity of the purpose of use is lost, then the Developer shall erase or discard personal information. The Developer will do all that is necessary for the carrying out of business in a required and appropriate manner for the deletion and disposal of personal information so as to prevent the risk of leaking it externally etc..
